just a few before and after pics (doesn't do it justice) to let you see why we were so busy this summer. I wish we would have taken before pics before we ripped out the carpet and what not, because it was way grosser. Anywho, you get the idea. Sorry I haven't posted in a while... I'll do better.

YAY you are back! YOu guys did such a good job-the duplex looks awesome! I think the house to buy is so cute too...how much do they want for it? I love the fact that it has 1.6 acres. Fun! And by the way...major babe in the picture with the Pirate.
